Underwear is one of the most washed items in our lives. We’ve designed our product to be thrown in a wash with setting from cold wash to 40 degree Celsius and then tossed in the dryer at low heat - it’s that simple. We recommend washing your Crossfly products with similar fabrics and avoiding abrasive materials such as towels. 

We currently offer products for sizes 29inch -45inch (XS-XXL). We want all body types and heights to feel confident in Crossfly. If you’d like to see an additional size added to our range or have any feedback, please do not hesitate to get in touch via info@crossfly.com

As we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, we regret that it is usually not possible for us to handle change or cancel requests once an order has been submitted. Please ensure that you have verified your order details prior to submission, especially the billing and shipping address. Crossfly can be contacted during business hours but if we are unable to facilitate an order change or cancellation request, you may process a return under our returns policy.

Please note - Free Shipping for all UK orders over £45, and EU orders over €100.

UK orders will be shipped via a DPD24 or RM48 service, depending on the customer's preference. Please allow 1-2 days for orders shipped using DPD24 and 2-3 days for orders sent via RM48. 

EU orders will be sent via DHL, on a 3-5 day service. 

You'll receive a tracking link in the Shipping Confirmation email you receive when your package ships from our warehouse. Orders placed during weekends will be shipped out the next business day.

Of course. If you wish to return items from your order, we'll refund the full purchase price. Products just need to be in original condition and packaging, including socks (must have original packaging intact).

Refunds are processed shortly after we receive the goods back at our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
